OTR, Regional, and Local Drivers Needed.
Roane Transportation has driving career opportunities for all flatbed drivers. Depending on where you live, you can decide if you want OTR, regional, or local (Rockwood, TN, only) routes. Roane offers flexible home time for OTR drivers and guaranteed weekends for regional drivers. With a variety of opportunities to choose from, finding your career at Roane Transportation is easy.

Our OTR drivers average 2,700 miles per week. These drivers receive flexible home time and average $0.58 – $0.72 per mile with accessorials.
Regional Fleet
Our regional fleet drivers stay a little closer to home. These drivers are home every weekend.
Local Fleet
Our local fleet drivers and dedicated truck drivers operate within a 100-mile radius. These drivers are guaranteed to be back home with their families each night.
